Iraqi Defense Minister Erfan al Hayali had talks on Wednesday with Canadian Armed Forces Chief of Defense Staff Jonathan Vance on means of enhancing bilateral cooperation.
The talks tackled means of offering military support for the Iraqi government within the framework of the international coalition.
Vance congratulated Hayali for defeating Daesh and liberating Mosul, voicing confidence that Iraqi forces are capable of liberating Tal Afar.
