Minister of State at Presidency of the Republic, Gen. Taha Osman Al-Hussein on Wednesday, handed over a written message from President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir to Emir of State of Qatar, H.H. Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani dealing with bilateral relations and ways of boosting them further.
This came when Emir of Qatar received Gen. Taha at Qatari capital, Doha, Wednesday.
