President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Hamed bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, arrived Tuesday evening in Algiers for a working visit at the invitation of Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia.
