The Supreme Court has called on all Muslims in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to sight the crescent of Shawwal month, 1438 AH, on Saturday evening, 29th of the holy month of Ramadan.
The Supreme rtCou called in its announcement whoever sees the crescent of the month of Shawwal with the 'naked eye' or binoculars to report to the nearest court and register his testimony, or report to the nearest center to facilitate his reaching to a court.

It is currently 6:47 pm in Saudi Arabia (at the time of filing this report). According to astronomical projections, there is a chance of seeing the moon on the 29 of Ramadan, which falls on Saturday, Arab News reported.
In Riyadh, there are some 650 mosques designated to sight the Shawwal moon.
