Several Arab delegations arrive in Cairo to attend 43rd Arab Labor Organization session

A number of Arab delegations arrived in Cairo to attend the 43rd session of the Arab Labor Organization (ALO) Conference, to be held from April 10 to 17.

The delegations group the labor ministers and heads of labor unions and chambers of commerce and industry of Arab countries.

Security sources at Cairo Airport said that a Saudi delegation, grouping Governor of Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) Dr. Ahmed Bin Fahd Al Fuhaid, Undersecretary for International Labor Ziyad Bin Ibrahim Al Sayegh and chief of protocol Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Asiri, arrived in Cairo coming from Riyadh.

Qatari Chamber of Commerce and Industry (QCCI) board member Nasser Ahmed Al Meer also arrived in Cairo, the sources added.

Delegations from Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Palestine, Algeria, Oman, Syria, Tunisia, Bahrain and Libya are expected to arrive on Friday to attend the ALO meetings, according to the sources.

Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Arabi, in addition to a number of heads of Arab and international organizations, Arab ambassadors and senior Arab and international figures will attend the meetings.
