President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Sunday issued a presidential decree granting Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz the Collar of the Nile in appreciation of the friendly and distinguished relations binding the two countries.

The two presidents will witness the signing of a number of cooperation agreements in various fields after a tete-a-tete session of talks. The countries' delegations will later hold an expanded session of talks.
