President Abdel Fattah El Sisi performed the Eidul Fitr prayers Sunday at the Mohamed Korayem Mosque in the Naval Headquarters in Ras el Tin, Alexandria.
He was accompanied by Prime Minister Sherif Ismail, House of Representatives Speaker Ali Abdel Aal, Minister of Defense Sedki Sobhy, Minister of Wakfs Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa, Egypt’s Mufti Dr Shawki Allam and a number of government officials and top brass.
Mufti Allam, who delivered the eid sermon, counted the blessings of fasting during the holy month of Ramadan and wished the nation progress and prosperity.
