The Syrian military jets conducted strikes against Daesh in the Syrian city of Raqqah, military sources said on Saturday.
The strikes targeted Daesh sites, vehicles and gunmen, the sources said.
On the other hand, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights asserted that this is the first military operation of the Syrian army within weeks in this area.
