President of Jaffariya Awqaf Shaikh Mohsen Al Asfoor has praised the royal order of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa regarding the ratification and issuance of the unified family law.
Shaikh Mohsen also praised His Majesty the King’s keenness on this law which is indicative of strong national unity and unanimous willpower that overcame all factors of incongruity among the Bahraini people whilst observant to the jurisprudential uniqueness and compatibility of all of its articles with Islamic Sharia provisions and fortified by sureties that ensure that the articles of this law would not be subject to alteration by any unspecialized body.

The unified family law was ratified and issued by HM the King following its approval by both the Council of Representatives and the Shura Council, to become one of the momentous accomplishments of HM the King’s reforms.
