Palestinian Health Minister Gawad Awwad on Wednesday said that the Gaza Strip is suffering severe shortage of basic medical supplies.
In statements on the sideline of his participation in the Arab Health Ministers Council Meetings, Awwad said that he will brief the Arab health ministers on the "disastrous" health situation in the enclave.
He praised the efforts exerted by the Arab health ministries to support the Palestinian health ministry.
