Sherif Ismail, the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, said on Sunday 36 agreements have been signed since 2013 at investments worth two billion dollars.
He said 20 new agreements will be signed with investments of 1.2 billion dollars.
The minister unveiled a plan to develop petroleum refineries with investments of 9.3 billion dollars.
