Environment Minister Khaled Fahmy said the justice ministry has wrapped up studying a draft regulation that organizes the use of coal in generating power in cement factories.
The draft will be sent to Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab to pave the way for approval, Fahmy told MENA.
Fahmy said the draft includes standards and requirements for using coal at cement factories.
