Minister of Investment Ashraf Salman said the government is keen on luring more investments into the country.

During a meeting on Tuesday with the heads of some investment associations, he said luring investments takes place through a number of measures including the development of the free economic zones, providing plots of lands, improving infrastructure and issuing licenses necessary for the projects as soon as possible.

The meeting dealt with some proposals to develop the free zones and facilitating the measures of issuing the licenses as well as means to increase exports and raise the efficiency of operating the free zones.
