Israel Enemy Forces set up on Monday morning earthen barricades on a hilltop out looking Wazzani River, NNA field reporter said. 

Two bulldozers and three pokiln vehicles have been witnessed performing scrapping activities in the aforementioned region since early this morning, NNA reporter added. 

On the Lebanese side, the Lebanese Army and UNIFIL are jointly observing the Israeli works.
