Israeli forces Tuesday detained 11 Palestinians and summoned another in multiple overnight raids across the West Bank, said security sources and a local activist.
Israeli Forces stormed and ransacked several houses and detained seven Palestinians in a raid that sparked clashes in the northern West Bank city of Qalqiliya.
Forces also fired tear gas canisters and stun grenades at local youths who protested the raid and attempted to block their passage. No injuries were reported though.
In the Nablus district, forces raided Huwwara town, south of Nablus, detaining three Palestinians purportedly for driving unlicensed vehicle next to Ibn Sina College.
In the northern West Bank district of Jenin, forces handcuffed and detained a Palestinian Youth, after blowing up the main door and storming his family house in Burqin town, south of Jenin.
Meanwhile, forces summoned a Palestinian after storming and ransacking his family house in al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem in the southern West Bank.
Coordinator of the Committee against the Wall and Settlements Ahmad Salah said soldiers raided briefly detained Ahmad Nafi' after storming and tampering with the furniture of his house.
