At least one person has died in a fire on a Russian oil tanker Inzhener Nazarov in the Caspian Sea. The Makhachkala-bound vessel en route from Turkmenistan was carrying a 14-man crew when the blaze flared on Tuesday, RIA Novosti reports. The fire started in the deck housing during the afternoon. Nine ships and 45 people tackled the fire, including the crew members who were on board.
