One of the two pilots of the military plane which crashed on Friday during an air show in China was confirmed dead on Saturday, Chinese media reported citing the air show organizing committee. A plane crashed to the ground on Friday morning in Pucheng County during a three-day air show which was being staged for an ongoing aviation convention, the Xinhua news agency said. According to the agency, which cited Jin Qiansheng, an official from the Yanliang National Aviation High-tech Industrial Base, the dead pilot, who was earlier listed as missing, was seated in front of the plane, while the second pilot managed to eject from the aircraft in due time and survived. The crashed plane was an FBC-1 fighter jet, also known as a Flying Leopard. It was manufactured by the Xi\'an Aircraft Industry Corp. No deaths on the ground were reported after the crash, the agency added.
