Indonesian rescuers said on Friday they recovered 12 bodies near the wreckage of a Russian-made Sukhoi super jet-100 that crashed on Wednesday into steep slope of Mount Salak in Bogor, West Java. Head of Operation at Search and Rescue Office named only Agolo told Xinhua over phone that the rescuers expected more bodies around the scene to be found down the slope. \"It is rather difficult to achieve the bottom of the mount. We must use a rope to bring them up,\" he said. So far there has been no sign of survivors, said Agolo. The 12 bodies would be brought by a helicopter to Halim Perdana Kusuma airport in Jakarta, he said. Rescuers were trying to build a helipad at the scene otherwise the bodies would be moved to the helicopter through a net, said Agolo. The Sukhoi commercial plane with 45 passengers and 8 crew members on board crashed into mountains in Bogor 50 minutes after taking off from Jakarta for a breif demonstration flight on Wednesday. The picture of the wreckage of the plane showed that it has broken into many small pieces. An Indonesian Air Force helicopter spotted the debris on Thursday on a cliff of Mount Salak.
