A head-on collision Saturday between a tourist bus and a pickup truck in north-eastern Thailand killed 12 people and left 15 others injured, according to media reports quoted by DPA. The accident occurred in Nang Rong district of Buri Ram province, about 300 kilometres north-east of Bangkok, The Nation online news reported. Police found 12 bodies in a ditch where the bus and pickup truck had overturned after the crash.
