Eighteen people were injured after two Amtrak trains collided at the Amtrak station in Oakland in the US State of California, the Bay area media reported Thursday. The Oakland Tribune and KTVU-TV said that the crash occurred around 10 p.m. Wednesday, adding that up to 18 people were injured but there was no immediate word on how seriously.
