At least two people died and 51 were missing after an oil rig in Russia\'s Far Eastern Okhotsk sea overturned Sunday, the regional emergency ministry said as rescue efforts halted for the night. Planes and helicopters were sent to shore around 7 p.m. local time (0800 GMT) after people had spent more than six hours in the freezing waters without life rafts, the ministry said.
