A skydiving instructor and woman died in a tandem jump Sunday in Nevada, authorities said.Mesquite police said the instructor was dead at the scene and the female victim was pronounced dead at an area hospital, the Mesquite Local News reported. The victims\' names had not been released.An investigation was under way to determine what caused the parachuting accident.
