A helicopter pilot, a newlywed couple and two people from Ontario were killed Thursday when a tour helicopter crashed in Molokai, Hawaii, authorities said.The Blue Hawaiian copter went down about 1/4 mile from an elementary school, where a classroom was used as a command post for emergency workers, HawaiiNewsNow reported.The pilot was identified as Nathan Cline, 30, of Kihei, Hawaii. The other four victims\' names had not been released.The helicopter crashed into a hillside around 12:15 p.m. in rainy, windy weather, the report said.Blue Hawaiian President Patti Chevalier issued a statement saying \"we\'re devastated and we\'re going to do everything we can to cooperate with the authorities.\"Maui Mayor Alan Arakawa expressed \"sorrow to all of those whose families are involved,\" and noted this was \"only the second accident\" Blue Hawaiian has ever had, \"so generally, a very, very safe company.\"Seven people were killed in 2000 when the Blue Hawaiian helicopter they were flying in crashed on Maui, HawaiiNewsNow said.The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board will investigate.The Maui Visitors Bureau said it was reaching out to the passengers\' families.
