Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will pay on Tuesday a two-day official visit to Georgia, the Armenian Foreign Ministry said. “Issues of bilateral relations will be discussed in the course of the visit,” the ministry’s press service reported. Nino Kalandadze, the Georgian deputy foreign minister, said earlier that Sargsyan’s visit is a response to Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili’s visit to Armenia at the beginning of this year. The official also said that during the current visit a number of bilateral cooperation documents are expected to be signed, including on state borders protection cooperation.
