A 35-year-old man was arrested after he drove his car through a barricade into a festival in Cleveland, killing one person and injuring four, police said. Timothy Spock of Cleveland was arrested and held Sunday pending charges of operating a vehicle while impaired, among others, for the incident, The (Cleveland) Plain Dealer reported. Police said Spock drove his car through a barricade and into a crowd at the AIDS Taskforce of Greater Cleveland\'s annual Dancin\' in the Streets festival, an event that raises money for AIDS and HIV awareness. The five people injured in the incident were rushed to MetroHealth Medical Center, two in critical condition, police said. One of them died at the hospital.
