The trial of right-wing extremist Anders Behring Breivik, the man behind the bloody July attacks in Norway that killed 77 people, should begin on April 16, 2012, an Oslo court announced Monday. The trial will however only take place if a psychiatric examination set to wrap up this month concludes that Behring Breivik, 32, can be held criminally responsible for his acts.
