Congolese opposition leader Etienne Tshisekedi renewed a call for supporters to \"terrorise\" the country\'s security forces and to free opposition activists from jail in a speech Friday. Tshisekedi, speaking at a rally in Kisangani, in the northeast of the Democratic Republic of Congo, issued a 48-hour ultimatum to the government of President Joseph Kabila to free the activists or face an assault by his supporters.
