Egypt and the European Union have started a session of political dialogue in Brussels in the presence of Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini.
The Foreign ministry's spokesman Ahmed Abu-Zeid announced on Twitter the kickoff of the session.
The session was preceded by a meeting between Mogherini and Shoukry in the presence of Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, Johannes Hahn.
