Advertising a swingers club on Facebook brings one unsatisfied married couple in Mohandiseen more excitement than they bargained for. Egyptian police have arrested a married couple who advertised on Facebook to sexually swap spouses and host orgies at their Cairo apartment, the state-run Al-Ahram newspaper reported on Monday. The 30-year-old accountant and his wife of the same age were detained on Friday for 15 days, pending investigation, the newspaper said. The couple, who live in the upscale Giza neighbourhood of Mohandiseen, started a Facebook page with the blunt title, \"Wife-swapping\". Feelings of \"marital boredom\" were behind their decision, Al-Ahram claims the two accused told investigators. The Giza police\'s vice department said the accused had used the social networking site to connect with other couples. A banker, businessperson and senior official are also under investigation, according to Al-Ahram\'s report. It is the second \'morality crime\' of this kind in Egypt in recent years. In 2009, a 48 year-old government official and his wife were sentenced to prison terms of seven and three years, respectively, after they were punished for would-be wife-swapping on the official charge of prostitution.
