Five people were killed Monday in an explosion in an Italian firework factory, the news agency ANSA reported. A sixth person was still missing at the factory in Arpino, south of the capital Rome. The explosion, which was followed by a fire, shook the building in the afternoon. The identity of the victims was not yet known and authorities had launched an investigation into the cause of the explosion. The factory was reportedly run by a local family.
