Montreal police said Wednesday human remains found Sunday in a park has been identified as belonging to dismembered Chinese student Lin Jun. Luka Rocca Magnotta, 29, is accused of killing and dismembering the 33-year-old Concordia University student. Lin\'s torso was found in a briefcase behind Magnotta\'s apartment May 29 and one of his feet was discovered in a package mailed to Conservative Party headquarters in Ottawa. The Liberal Party received a package containing a hand. The following week, other limbs belonging to Lin were found in packages sent to two Vancouver-area elementary schools. Magnotta was arrested in an Internet cafe in Berlin June 4 and extradited to Canada two weeks later to face charges including first-degree murder. Police have said they believe Magnotta shot video of Lin\'s death and dismemberment and posted it online, CNN reported. Investigators said the video depicts Magnotta engaging in sexual acts with body parts, as well as evidence of cannibalism.
