An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale jolted southwest of Sumatra, Indonesia at 0531 Beijing Time on Saturday (2131 GMT on Friday), the U.S. Geological Survey said. The epicenter, with a depth of 35 km, was initially determined to be at 7.1944 degrees south latitude and 103.7913 degrees east longitude.
