Investigators said a Marine accused of killing the wife of a fellow Marine may have wanted to lure her into a sado-masochism session at his California home. Search warrants released Wednesday revealed Staff Sgt. Louis Perez boasted on the Internet he planned to hold a sado-masochism session the weekend 22-year-old Brittany Dawn Killgore was slain, the Los Angeles Times reported Thursday. When Killgore refused to participate in the sexual role play, Perez decided to kill her instead, the search warrants indicate. Perez, 46, and his roommates, Dorothy Marie Maraglino, 37, and Jessica Lopez, 25, have all pleaded not guilty to murder, torture and conspiracy. Killgore went missing April 13, the night she had agreed to go on a dinner cruise with Perez in exchange for his help moving her belongings. She had filed for divorce from her husband, Lance Cpl. Cory Killgore, who was stationed in Afghanistan, three days earlier. Killgore\'s mutilated body was discovered April 17 near Lake Skinner in Riverside County. Investigators believe she was killed either April 13 or April 14. A search of the Fallbrook house Perez, Maraglino and Lopez shared revealed the three engaged in sex play with masks, whips, spanking, cutting and master-and-servant role playing, the Los Angeles Times reported. The three accused remain in county jail on $3 million bail each.
