A two-day global policy forum initiated by President Dmitry Medvedev opened Wednesday with discussions planned on a variey of topics, including terrorism. Medvedev, along with dozens of politicians and economists from around the world, were in the central Russian city of Yaroslavl for the forum that will also consider minorities rights, multiculturalism and economic inequality. Medvedev was expected to address the forum, which was established in 2009, on Thursday.
