A Russian cargo ship with 11 people aboard disappeared in the White Sea early Tuesday without sending any SOS signals, said the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry. The ship named \"Captain Kuznetsov\" disappeared on its way to the Russian Arctic Sea port city of Arkhangelsk with no load, the authorities said in a press release.
