A crash between two metro trains in the Chinese city of Shanghai injured more than 240 people on Tuesday, most of them lightly, the state Xinhua news agency said, citing the metro company. It said the accident, which comes after a deadly high-speed train crash in July that shook public confidence in China's rail system, was likely caused by a signal failure.
