President Abdel Fattah El Sisi received on Wednesday a phone call from his counterpart of Sierra Leone Ernest Bai Koroma, who hailed as distinguished the bilateral relations.
Koroma stressed during the contact keenness on promoting ties. He appreciated Egypt's support for his country.
He said his country looks forward to further cooperation with Cairo, particularly in the medical domains.
Sisi, for his part, lauded firm ties between both countries, welcoming work on boosting all aspects of cooperation.
The two presidents agreed on the importance of holding meetings of the joint committee to promote relations and cooperation.
