A serviceman has been charged with the murder of a 27-year-old woman in South Siberia’s Altai Territory, investigators said on Wednesday.The serviceman is suspected of having shot the women in the head with a sawn-off shotgun on August 8 near the village of Altaiskoe. He was drunk at the time of the attack, and killed her for her vehicle, police say.Investigators say he lived in the village before beginning military service in Siberia’s largest city of Novosibirsk.
