A Sri Lankan court on Friday sentenced former army chief Sarath Fonseka to three years in prison on \"white flag\" case. Fonseka was found guilty of spreading public disaffection by quoting allegations that surrendering Tamil Tiger rebels with white flags were ordered to be killed by the defense secretary.
