The Supreme Court upheld on Thursday a lower court\'s six-year prison term for a former South Korean intelligent agent who spied for the North Korean regime. Known only as Park, the former agent for the Agency for National Security Planning, currently the National Intelligence Service, was convicted of conveying national secrets, including those in nine military manuals, to a North Korean spy from 2003-2005. The Seoul High Court had sentenced him to six years behind bars along with a six-year suspension of qualification.
