Free tickets to President Obama\'s Democratic National Convention acceptance speech went quickly Sunday, outraging many standing in line, they said. Pairs of tickets were available on a first-come first-served basis to hear Obama\'s speech at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C., on the last night of the next week\'s convention, The Charlotte Observer said Monday. \"We\'re really upset right now,\" said Melody Hunt, who was at the front of the line Sunday at 5 P.M. when tickets ran out. \"After five hours of standing in line, no tickets.\" Tens of thousands of tickets for the football stadium speech were distributed, said Cameron French, the Obama for America campaign spokesman. He added the campaign brought in undistributed tickets from other cities, but an unknown number of people left empty-handed.
