Two explosions rocked the southern Philippine city of Zamboanga Sunday afternoon, wounding eight people, military and police said. Col. Buenaventura Pascual, commander of Task Force Zamboanga, said one improvised explosive device (IED) exploded beside a bus terminal, wounding three people; another IED exploded in a cockpit area, resulting in the wounding of five others. Military bomb experts were conducting post blast investigation, said Pascual, without disclosing further details.
