China's Hefei municipal prosecuting body filed the charges of  former Chongqing Party chief Bo Xilai's wife Bogu Kailai, and a family aide Zhang Xiaojun, with the Hefei Municipal Intermediate People's Court. The former Party chief's wife and the family aide were recently charged by the state prosecutor's office with the murder of British businessman Neil Heywood , State run news agency (Xinhua) reported. Investigation results showed that Bogu Kailai, and her son, Bo had conflicts with Heywood over economic interests. Worrying about Heywood's threat to her son's, Bogu Kailai along with Zhang Xiaojun, poisoned Neil Heywood to death, according to Xinhua BBC said Heywood was found dead in a hotel in Chongqing on 15 November 2011. The Hefei Intermediate People's Court has received the case according to law, and will hold a trial on a day to be decided.
