Law enforcement forces of the Third Field Army arrested a Takfiri militant and dismantled three bombs in Sinai, the military spokesman said.
In a statement on Friday, Colonel Tamer el Refai said the bombs were prepared to target army personnel.
The troops also seized a pickup truck laden with Hashish drug west of Ahmed Hamdi tunnel in Suez.
