Supply police in Alexandria managed to arrest an owner of petroleum substances' depot in Moharam Bek in eastern Alexandria.
The owner of the unlicensed depot used to sell subsidized petroleum substances on the black market with higher prices.
Up to 5,300 liters of subsidized diesel oil taken from fuel stations were found in the depot.
The general prosecution was notified to open a probe.
