An attack at a college in Crimea is no longer being treated as a terrorist incident, federal investigators said, adding that they are investigating the murder of multiple people.
"An initial inspection of the bodies suggests that they died from gunshot wounds," the Investigative Committee said in a statement.
The attack is believed to have been committed by an 18-year-old student who brought a gun to the school, the statement said, adding that he was also found dead with a gunshot wound.
The latest statement made no reference to a bomb attack that had been reported earlier by the same committee.
