Egypt's Dar Al Iftaa's Observatory of Islamophobia praised Saturday European Union stance towards the Palestinian identity of al Quds city. 
The Observatory stressed in a statement that EU recognition served the Palestinian issue as it is considered as a clear bias towards the historical rights of the Palestinians. 
The Observatory also called on continuing the international efforts and the active powers to end the Israeli violations on the Palestinian lands. 
EU High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy Federica Mogherini assured that EU stances did not change towards the legal situation of al Quds as it is a Palestinian land. 
She asserted that EU followed up the latest developments directly and played active role with all main parties as regards the vital issues.
