President Abdel Fattah El Sisi praised Tuesday night Egypt's relations with Rwanda, appreciating the role played by Rwandan President Paul Kagame to push forward development efforts in the African country.
The remarks were made during a dinner banquet that the Rwandan president hosted in honor of Sisi.
