The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) strongly condemned launching ballistic missile by Houthi militias targeting populated residential areas in Riyadh on Tuesday.

OIC Secretary General Yousef bin Ahmad al Othaimeen stressed that the continued launch of ballistic missiles towards the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia confirms that Houthi militias are continuing their hostile and criminal approach, the official Saudi Press Agency reported.

The approach aims at destabilizing the security and stability of Saudi Arabia and the region in order to implement a conspiracy plot against the Kingdom, he added.

The Secretary General reiterated OIC's support and solidarity with Saudi Arabia in all actions and measures it takes to maintain its security and stability.
