The Azerbaijani Embassy in Cairo expressed deep sorrow Monday over the victims of the explosion that took place inside El Boutroseya Church (St. Peter & St. Paul Coptic Orthodox Church) in Cairo’s Abbassiya district, leaving 23 people dead and 49 others injured. 

In statement, the embassy consoled the Egyptians over the victims of this heinous attack.
